Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund unless there are extenuating circumstances.
To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused (this does not apply to damaged returns). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 business days of our processing your return, contact your credit card company and bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done both and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Shipping returns
Unless returning due to damage in transit or due to the wrong item being sent, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. You can either pay the return directly or the costs will be deducted from your refund.
